Connecting to you now with Zoom Online Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions. Get the help you have been looking for!
I am an experienced online MBACP registered therapist. Zoom is free for you to use. I will connect to you using the professional version of zoom, you will only need the free version. Zoom can be installed or just run in your current browser, depending on what you would prefer. If you want to install the free version of zoom, you can add to your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. It’s easy to use and secure and confidential. If you particularly want a different platform (Whatsapp or Signal) then speak to me about this.
Technology can sometimes be daunting for people. So if you have never used Zoom before, then I can provide the help you need to get started if you require this. Using Zoom for counselling and psychotherapy opens up opportunities to have a session in a convenient time and place for you.
Alternatively if you require a face to face session and you are uncertain in choosing a therapist then why not try a zoom assessment session with me? Then if you are happy to work with me we can make a room appointment.

Just to give you some idea of my online experience. I studied some aspects of online therapy at university. I have over 10 years experience of psychological aspects of online environments.
In the early communication days of the internet back in 1999 before I became a therapist, I was working with online communication programs and graphical platforms. Later I studied psychology and virtual environments at university.
I completed Humanistic Counsellor training on a BACP accredited training course and then went on to study Emotion Focused Therapy (psychotherapy) completing training in this type of Neo Humanistic therapy. Then I went on to train and study couples therapy using emotionally focused therapy methods. I am registered on the BACP professional standards accredited register.
More recently I have been providing support for people throughout the pandemic where some people felt unable to attend face to face therapy appointments.
I mainly work with UK citizens however I have also experience of working in some other countries.
