Finding the right therapist for you and asking for help can be a daunting task, especially if you are feeling anxious and uncertain. I have many years of experience with a broad range of problems, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and relationship issues. I offer short-notice appointments, so you get seen, heard, and helped quickly. You choose a location and time that works for you.
Online is the fastest and most flexible for short-notice appointments and is very common these days. I can offer help setting up Zoom, which is free, on your phone, tablet or PC.

Lastly, 6 years ago, I became an emotionally focused couples therapist.
